Hotel accomodations will be made at the Elite Grand Hotel in central Norrköping. Hotel President is one of the city’s most well designed hotels and is conveniently located only 5 minutes (walking distance) from the workshop venue. All rooms are equipped with a free broadband connection.

Stockholm airport

Train: On arriving at Stockholm International Airport, Arlanda, the easiest way to get to your destination is to take a direct train from the airport that takes you to Norrköping in about two hours. There are quite a few direct trains every day. Through our travel agency we can assist you in purchasing your train tickets in advance. It is also possible to by your ticket online. You can then pick up your ticket at vending machines at train stations in Sweden using your booking reference. You can also buy your train tickets at the train station when you arrive in Sweden.

Workshop Location

The workshop will be hosted by the Centre for Climate Science and Policy Research (CSPR) at Linköping University in Sweden. The CSPR is based in the Swedish city of Norrköping, some 160 km south of Stockholm (for more info, see CSPR website).

The workshop venue is located in the Kåkenhus-building (8th floor) in central Norrköping (see campus map below). Kåkenhus overlooks the old industrial landscape of Norrköping and is only a 10 minutes walk away from the train station (resecentrum).
