Tracy is a Master's student in the Consortium for Science, Policy, and Outcomes at Arizona State University. Her research interests are in the area of international climate change policy, especially in drivers at the interface of climate change science and science policy.
Her thesis work focuses on how uncertainty in carbon cycle science may affect the reporting of emissions and sequestration of carbon in the Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) sector of Parties' annual reports to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, as well as how this will affect the role of the LULUCF sector in meeting emission targets for the first comittment period of the Kyoto Protocol.
